Whatley Manor is an inspirational environment in which to conduct business with meeting rooms benefiting from natural daylight. The facilities are perfectly suited for high level executive board meetings, staff incentive away days and product launches. Equally perfect for post-production parties, cocktails and private exhibitions.

  • The Boardroom - seats up to 24 boardroom style and 60 theatre style.
  • Gallery Rooms - incredibly versatile space that may be used for break out meetings, cocktails and exhibition space. Accommodates up to 50 for a cocktail reception.
  • The Cinema - 40 seats and puts the ‘Wow’ factor into any presentation.
  • The Business centre - complimentary use of the business centre including PC, photocopier and printer.
  • The Sitting Room - accommodates up to 20 boardroom style and perfect for smaller meetings also private events.

Day Delegate Rate - £90 per person
Our ‘8 hour’ day delegate rate includes use of the Boardroom and all audio visual equipment, Gallery Rooms, Business Centre, morning and afternoon refreshments and buffet lunch.

Residential Meeting - £325 per person
Full use of the Boardroom and all audio visual equipment the Gallery Rooms, Business Centre, morning and afternoon refreshments, buffet lunch and three-course dinner in our brasserie. Accommodation for single occupancy in a double room, newspaper, early morning tea or coffee, full English breakfast and full use of our award winning spa facilities. An upgrade to a gourmet menu is available on request

Private Room and Cinema Hire - £400
The Sitting Room with terrace can be hired for informal meetings, private functions, cocktails or private dining.
The Cinema can also be hired for private screenings.
