Look out for a series of half day cookery masterclasses starting from February 2013!

Guests attending this one day cookery masterclass will spend the day in the kitchen at Whatley Manor with Martin Burge and members of his team. You will learn how to create a seasonal three-course menu perfect for entertaining your family and friends at home. It’s a practical day with plenty of opportunity to increase your confidence in the kitchen to recreate wonderful dishes in your own. Martin will share culinary tips and techniques.

The masterclasses are by their nature social and interactive. You will be tasting the dishes that you have made during the day and you will take home one of the dishes you have prepared. The same cookery masterclass dishes will run throughout 2012 using seasonal ingredients.

£175 includes Masterclass, apron, recipes, lunch (including courses from the food you have personally prepared) with wine and refreshments throughout the day. You will be provided with all essential equipment.

9.30am for a 10.00am start finishing approximately 5.00pm.

Please note that the masterclass events are practical and guests will be ‘on their feet’ during the day. Masterclasses are popular and early booking is advised to avoid any disappointment.
