South African Wines with Paul Cluver

We are delighted to welcome back Paul Clüver from the privately owned Winery Paul Cluver in the cool-climate Elgin Valley south east of Cape Town.

The estate has been in ownership of the Clüver Family since 1896 and falls within the UNESCO world heritage site, the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve in South Africa where conservation and sustainable use of natural resources are pursued. Their vision is to combine the diversity of microclimates and soil to develop distinctive and elegant wines that are expressive of the terroir.

Paul Clüver will give you an insight on how they craft their wines. Our head chef, Martin Burge will create a delicious three-course set menu to complement the outstanding wines.

7.00pm start with aperitif followed by the wine & dine in 'Le Mazot' our brasserie

£75 includes an aperitif, a three-course set menu, wines, coffee and petit fours
