Your own manor house for the day and night. You don’t have to mind the neighbours as we are surrounded by fields and cows. Organise a lavish dinner in the wood-paneled drawing room, host a champagne reception on the fountain terrace, enjoy a delicious barbeque in The Loggia Garden or enjoy a marquee on one of the lawns. Whatever you decide Whatley Manor will be exclusively yours for your event.

For more than fifty guests exclusive use is required.

Exclusive use of Whatley includes all 23 guest bedrooms, exclusive use of the public areas and our restaurants The Dining Room & Grey’s.

Costs 2023

• Monday to Wednesday exclusive use hire fee £21,000
• Minimum food and beverage spend of £14,000 

• Thursday- Sunday exclusive use hire fee £30,000
• Minimum food and beverage spend of £20,000

All charges are per day 

 Costs 2024

• Monday to Wednesday exclusive use hire fee £24,000
• Minimum food and beverage spend of £16,000  

• Thursday – Sunday exclusive use hire fee £35,000
• Minimum food and beverage spend of £25,000 

All charges are per day 

We require two nights of exclusive use for bookings April – October, if booking Saturday your second night must be Sunday. 

If you wish to book  Aquarias Spa exclusively as part of your event this will be charged at £5,000 per day (2023 & 2024) 

If you do not book the Spa then it will remain open for use by a small number of Aquarias Spa members who will have access to the spa via a private entrance
