Weddings at Whatley
Small, intimate and perfectly delivered weddings are our speciality at Whatley Manor.
The house is perfect for smaller numbers, we have a selection of rooms that you can relax in with your guests giving your special day a very easy ambience.
The intimate wedding package is available Monday – Thursday for the following numbers:
- 15 – 30 guests in the Garden Room
- 30 – 60 guests in Grey’s
Room hire in Grey’s from 11.00am – 5.00pm
The Garden Room 11.00am – midnight.
The Intimate Wedding Package includes:
- Your wedding ceremony, to take place in one of our two beautiful licensed outdoor spaces or private Garden Room
- Fountain Terrace or Reception Hall for pre dining drinks and canapes
- The Garden Room or Grey’s for the wedding breakfast
- Suite 12 on the night before or on your wedding
- White table linen and banqueting chairs
- White personalised headed menus and individual handwritten place cards
- Seasonal posy pots on the dining table and a seasonal floral arrangement for the registrars table
- Beautiful English country gardens and grounds for your wedding photography
- Wedding co-ordination to guide, organise and assist throughout the planning and on your wedding day
Please note that we do not offer evening receptions, DJ’s or live music for our intimate weddings.

Grey’s
Wedding fee £4,500.00
Minimum food and beverage spend £2,500.00
Our wedding menus start from £72.00 pp to include, canapés, four courses and coffee.
Our 2025 menus start from £80.00 pp.
A tasting of your selected wedding menu, with wines, is available at an additional charge.
