Whatley is now fully open for hotel stays, dining and spa experiences.

We have the most stringent measures in place to protect your safety and that of our team combined with the highest levels of guest service we can deliver whilst being Covid compliant.

Update

From the 8th August it will be a requirement for guests to wear face coverings as they move around the public areas of the hotel, reception, hallways, corridors and bathroom facilities.

Capacity

We will be managing capacity to ensure that all of our guests can find space to enjoy the house and gardens whilst easily observing social distancing measures.

Although we are still waiting for the Government to confirm procedures for hospitality businesses we have planned our reopening around the current guidelines.

 

Dining 

Our dining options have been adapted too to be both compliant and allow you to experience every aspect of dining at Whatley.

Breakfast will be from an A La Carte menu and can be enjoyed in our Brasserie, delivered to your room or on the terrace, weather permitting. We will ask you to pre-book your breakfast time so you can enjoy at your leisure.

Dinner will be served in The Dining Room, Thursday – Sunday evenings with limited numbers and social distancing in place.

A casual menu will be available to enjoy throughout the hotel, in the bar, lounge or Garden Room, wherever you want to find a space for a leisurely lunch or dinner.

For a relaxed & fun experience you can also dine from our pop-up Paradise Carriage, takeaway food that you can enjoy with a picnic set up in the grounds or a quiet corner.

 

Booking with confidence 

Of course while so much uncertainty remains we want you to be able to book with total confidence.

If you find your plans change due to Covid 19, up to 72 hours prior to your arrival you can move or cancel your reservation at no additional charge.

If you need to cancel within 72 hours of arrival we will be happy to transfer your booking to another date but please be aware room rates may differ.

Should the hotel need to close we will transfer or cancel your booking at no charge.

Other than the above exceptions our normal terms and conditions apply.
