The Green Room has undergone a dramatic reinvention to create a vibrant new hub for food and drink enjoyment. The Green Room features a newly kitted-out kitchen and bar, fitted with Gaggenau’s latest kitchen appliances and gadgets. The Green Room, was previously a low-key private function space. It’s now been transformed into a vibrant hub for your exclusive private and corporate hire for up to 24 guests. Under the direction of executive chef Niall Keating and head chef George Dingle, The Green Room is also set to showcase a series of events; Taco night, Sashimi night and other events planned include Tapas, Fruits de Mer, and Champagne and Oyster nights. In addition there will be cookery demonstrations, live music events and it will be the hub for a new fine wine and spirits society.
