With a growing number of diners embracing and enjoying a plant-based lifestyle, we are really pleased to offer our first celebration of vegetarian and vegan dining!

We are delighted to be handing over the Green Room to Erin Baker of the Natural Cookery School for an evening of delicious vegan dishes created using foods that have had minimal processing, whole grains, local produce and the spring harvest from the Whatley kitchen gardens. The menu will feature dishes from Erin’s book the Veg Table so you will be able to take this inspiration and create the dishes at home,

Prepared in front of you in the Green Room open kitchen, you can chat to the Erin whilst she works and gain tips and inspiration for cooking a meat free menu that has plenty of wow factor.
