A taste of Denmark - Friday 8th March

The city of Copenhagen is a foodie mecca, put on the world map most recently by Noma, however Restaurant Kong Hans Kælder has been delivering exceptional food since it opened in 1976.

Chef, Niall Keating and two of our current kitchen team spent some time working at Restaurant Kong Hans Kælder and they will be using the knowledge and skills they learnt to create a light Danish supper menu which will replicate the Danes love of great food and relaxed dining.
