Guest Chef Events
Executive Chef Ricki Weston has had an incredible career trajectory working in some of the very best kitchens and with some of the most exceptional Chef’s.
For 2023 we are delighted to launch Ricki’s Guest Chef evenings showcasing unique cooking styles, most talented and creative chefs in the UK today all of whom, Ricki has had the pleasure of working with previously.
Our guest chef’s have incredible experience, Michelin stars, Rosettes, TV appearances and loyal followers.
Each evening will feature a menu created by Ricki and his guest chef. The two brigades will work together bringing new experiences to The Dining Room and an evening focussed around the finest food and perfectly matched wines.
Evening event priced at £145 pp to include:
- Glass of Gusbourne English Sparkling Wine on arrival
- 6 course menu
- Chef introduction and commentary
- Coffee to conclude
Optional wine flight can be booked at an additional charge.

MATT GILLAN - JUNE 14TH
Starting our guest chef season, the very talented Matt Gillan.
Matt founded Random Precision Restaurants to create dining experiences that are conceived outside of the box, with creativity and ingenuity but delivered precisely and professionally.
Heritage is the culmination of Matt’s many years of hard work and dedication towards perfecting his craft.
