Working together as a team we have achieved an enormous amount in a short space of time but there is so much more we can do.
We are working to refine our environmental plan and put the next steps in place, this is a working document that will be continually reviewed and refined and communicated.
The whole Whatley team are committed to doing what we can to make a difference and build a business that is fit for the future.
As part of this journey we will work with suppliers and partners who embrace our vision so that in partnership we can take the right steps and achieve positive change.
Our Goals:
- Support the global effort to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 agenda through our actions
- By 2025 we will be recognised as a leader in the hospitality sector for our environmental actions
- Achieve Net Zero emissions for our energy use* by 2028 (reducing emissions by 90% compared with 2019) Scope 1 & 2
- Achieve Net Zero emissions for our Supply Chain by 2035 (reducing emissions by 90% compared with 2019) Scope 3
