This event will be hosted by our very own Chef, Craig Lunn, who will have just returned from a two-week trip working at Sushi Jin in Toyama, Japan. Craig will be sharing new techniques and skills learned during his time working in Toyama, and his menu will feature fresh sashimi, tempura, and other Japanese delights inspired by his travels.

 A welcome beverage will be served on arrival – £55 per person. Start time 7:00pm.
