Berries are nature’s skin elixir, packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, our berry smoothie helps to combat free radicals, promoting a healthy, youthful complexion that glows from within.
The Berry Punch Smoothie is easy to make at home too, simply follow the recipe below:
Ingredients:
400ml apple juice
6 pieces of frozen banana
1 scoop of mixed berries – 25g/50g frozen
Strawberries, blueberry, raspberry and blackberry
Method – add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
