Executive Head Chef Niall Keating oversees the The Dining Room, Grey’s Brasserie and our private dining and events service at Whatley. The dining experience in both of our restaurants is inspiring, enjoy the ambience of each restaurant, excellent food and attentive service.

The Dining Room – Two Michelin-starred dining, serves dinner from Thursday to Sunday and is the perfect setting for the sublime menus Niall and his team produce.

Greys Brasserie has a warm and relaxed ambience that compliments new menus that include sharing boards and grazing dishes and a full á la carte menu that frequently changes to reflect seasonality.

Afternoon tea is always a special experience, a traditional service of sandwiches, light scones and delectable cakes & sweet treats elegantly served.

For a special occasion, celebration or wedding, the team create menus to make your event truly memorable.

Dining at Whatley Manor is an experience to savour.

Our current opening times are:

  • The Dining Room, Thursday to Sunday evenings from 6pm, the last sitting in the restaurant at 9pm
  • Greys Brasserie – Wednesday to Sunday, from 6pm
  • Greys Brasserie – Sunday lunch, 12.00pm to 2.30pm
  • Afternoon Tea – Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm
