Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 30% of the total stay is charged at the time of booking.
The full stay will be charged for cancellations or modification made less than 3 pm, 3 days prior arrival, in case of no-show and early departure. A 10% discretionary service charge is added to your bill. This service charge is shared amongst the team at Whatley Manor.

Reservations require a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the outstanding amount due on 1st November 2026. Any reservations made after 1st November 2026 will require full prepayment.
If a cancellation is made after 1st November 2026, then the full charge of your stay is taken, unless we are able to resell your room.
