Spanish tapa, literally ‘cover, lid’, because the dishes were given free with the drink, served on a dish balanced on, therefore ‘covering’, the glass. Traditionally a selection of small dishes served with drinks.

Tapas are now served as delicious small dishes packed with flavour, colour and vibrancy, it seems perfectly fitting then to host a lively Friday tapas night. Our chefs will complete the dishes in the central cooking island while you watch and you can chat to them about the ingredients and cooking.
