The Dining Room holds one Michelin star and Niall’s menus showcase his skills matched to seasonal produce, we would describe his food as Modern British, but also very influenced by his world wide travels. In 2018 Niall was awarded Michelin’s European Young Chef of the Year.
Dinner bookable 7pm – 10pm Thursday to Sunday
- £120 includes the gastronomic menu. In addition you might wish to enjoy a cheese-course – £14.95
- £200 includes the gastronomic menu with matching wines
- A premium wine flight with premium wines and appellations is available at £156
- Last orders for Chef’s menu experience 9.30pm
Lunch bookable 12.30 – 1pm Friday and Saturday
A few tables are located in the heart of the kitchen where you will be able to interact with the Chefs as they prepare lunch.
