Executive chef Niall Keating has been awarded a Michelin star in the UK & Ireland Michelin Guide 2018 making his mark with his “daring and innovative cooking”. Niall draws inspiration from many different cuisines, including Korean, Japanese and classic French. Resulting in menus that balance contemporary and classic styles in terms of ingredients and presentation.
The tasting menu experience is heightened with expertly matched wines by sommelier Daniel Davies to accompany each course. There is a choice of two wine flights or wines by the glass if you prefer.
