Executive Head Chef Niall Keating oversees the The Dining Room, Grey’s Brasserie and our private dining and events service at Whatley. The dining experience in both of our restaurants is inspiring, enjoy the ambience of each restaurant, excellent food and attentive service.
Our current opening times are:
- The Dining Room, open Thursday to Sunday evenings from 6pm, the last sitting in the restaurant at 9pm
- Grey’s Brasserie – open Wednesday to Sunday, from 6pm
- Greys Brasserie – Sunday lunch, 12.00pm to 2.30pm
- Afternoon Tea – Wednesday – Sunday from 2pm
