Where fire and flavour come together—join us for Volume Two of our Green Room Summer Series, an unforgettable feast crafted by our chefs over open flames.

Savor the rich, smoky essence of premium ingredients, including prawns, seabass, and tomahawk steaks, expertly cooked over a wood fire.

Evening begins at 6.00pm

Dinner service at 6.30pm

This will be a relaxed evening in the intimate ambience of The Green Room – numbers are limited to 24 people only.

CHARLES COULOMBEAU - 6th MARCH 2024

Charles Coulombeau is a renowned chef and the owner of La Maison dans le Parc restaurant in Nancy, France. Together with his wife Rozanne, who manages the front of the house, Charles has created a dining experience that is second to none. Prior to opening his own restaurant, Charles worked as the Chef de Cuisine at Gravetye Manor, where he honed his culinary skills and gained recognition for his talent.

Charles was the recipient of the Acorn Award, which recognises young professionals in the hospitality industry, and was selected to represent the United Kingdom at the prestigious Taittinger International Culinary Award for author’s cuisine. Charles went on to win the award at the international final held in Paris in January of 2020.

Whatley Manor is proud to  be taking part in a series of events that will showcase the culinary talents of chefs from hotels within the PoB Hotels collection.

The first of the Seasoned to Perfection Dinners will take place on 13th March 2024, at The Dining Room, Whatley Manor.

AMANDINE CHAIGNOT - 10th APRIL 2024

For more than 20 years, chef Amandine Chaignot has been unveiling her cuisine in the most beautiful places in the world. After having worked with the greatest, she is now the chef of her two restaurants Pouliche and Café de Luce in Paris. “My roots are French, and I let myself be carried away by what surrounds me, by what I like. My cooking is a reflection of who I am; simple, spontaneous, sincere.” Amandine Chaignot

Since September 2013, she has been a member of the jury in the fourth season of the French version of MasterChef
