A science-backed, deeply nurturing retreat to restore digestive health and support your body from the inside out. Through healing meals, workshops, movement, and mindfulness, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and more energised, with a better understanding of how best to nourish and care for your digestive system.
Sleep & Restore – Saturday 5th July £150pp, 9.30am – 4.30pm
A retreat designed to recalibrate your nervous system, improve sleep quality, and support hormonal balance. Discover and learn natural sleep strategies, from sleep supporting nutrition to restorative, gentle movement, leading you into the art of winding down – so you can sleep better and wake feeling truly rested.
Pilates & Breathwork Escape – Saturday 2nd August £150pp, 9.30am – 4.30pm
A movement-focused retreat to strengthen and lengthen your body, and reconnect with your breath. Through understanding the fundamentals of Pilates, practicing mindful Pilates sessions and guided breathwork, you’ll build strength, reduce stress, and find more ease in your body.
