Executive Chef Niall Keating, is calling on some pretty big favours from his Chef friends and pulling in some of the UK’s best talents to deliver sensational pop-up events in The Green Room.

With Tony Parkin lined up for the 30th April, Gareth Ward for the 14th May, we can now make it a Michelin star trio as Chef, Brad Carter  joins us on the 4th June.

Chef’s are not usually known for sharing their kitchen space but Niall is going to be cooking alongside his guests to deliver exceptional events.

Brad’s style of cooking is a perfect compliment to Nialls and with these two in the kitchen you are going to experience something very special indeed.

Brad leads the kitchen at  Carters of Moseley, one of Birminghams most exciting restaurants, the ethos at Carters is simple:
