In recognition of Earth Day 2022, we are releasing a new plant based menu to be available in Grey’s Brasserie from Wednesday 20th April.
The menu has been created by Executive Chef Ricki Weston and features, seasonal vegetables, herbs and spices and plant based alternatives used creatively to deliver dishes packed with flavour.
Wherever possible the food has been sourced from local suppliers or grown in our own kitchen garden or herb garden. Our produce is sourced from suppliers who emphasise soil health over yield quantity. Understanding that it is the whole vegetable that is good for you, not just some parts, our dishes have been created to encompass as much goodness as possible.
