Welcome 2027 in the heart of the Cotswolds with an evening of exceptional food, paired wines and a little midnight magic.
The celebration begins at 7pm in the Drawing Room, where a glass of Gusbourne English Sparkling Wine and a selection of Canapés set the tone for the evening ahead.
Then take your seat in the Garden Room for a five-course Gala Dinner created by Executive Head Chef Ricki Weston. Each course will be accompanied by wines carefully selected by our Sommelier, bringing together the flavours of the evening in a dining experience designed to be savoured.
As dinner draws to a close, the evening moves into the night. Our resident DJ will take to the decks and invite you onto the dance floor as we count down to midnight. Raise a glass as the clock strikes twelve, then step outside to watch fireworks light the Cotswold night sky.

If you would prefer to leave the car behind, you are welcome to collect it the following morning. We will have a coffee waiting for you.
