From mulled wine and afternoon tea to restorative time in Aquarias Spa, our New Year celebration is designed to unfold at an unhurried pace. On New Year’s Eve, dress for dinner and join us for an exceptional evening of live music, crafted food, paired wines and dancing, before fireworks illuminate the Cotswold sky at midnight.
We will take of every detail. All you need to do is arrive, settle in and enjoy the occasion.

The New Years House Party Programme of Events
Wednesday 30 December - Arrival
Arrive from 1pm and begin your stay with time to unwind in Aquarias Spa. Mulled wine offers a warm welcome before afternoon tea, accompanied by live musical entertainment.
In the evening, settle into Grey’s for a relaxed dinner and the first night of your New Year escape.

THURSDAY 31 DECEMBER - NEW YEAR'S EVE
Begin the final day of the year with an optional morning yoga session, followed by a light lunch served in our Lounges. During the afternoon, our bar team will host a relaxed group tasting before the evenings’ celebrations begin.
Dress in black tie and join us for a Gusbourne English Sparkling Wine and canapé reception, accompanied by live music. Then take your seat for a five-course Gala Dinner with paired wines, followed by dancing and a fireworks display as midnight arrives.

FRIDAY 1 JANUARY - NEW YEAR'S DAY
Welcome 2027 slowly with a Gusbourne Sparkling Breakfast. There is no need to rush away: guests are welcome to continue enjoying Aquarias Spa until 1pm.

Aquarias Spa and gym facilities are available from 1pm on the day of arrival until 1pm on the day of departure.
Bedroom check-in is from 3pm, with check-out by 11am.

Booking Terms
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is due on 1 November 2026.
For cancellations made after 1 November 2026, the full cost of the stay will be charged unless we are able to resell the room.
A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill and shared among the team at Whatley Manor.
