Join us for an extraordinary evening of culinary collaboration as chefs Ricki Weston and Rafael Cagali present a one-night-only four hands dinner in support of the Prept. Foundation.
This exclusive event brings together two of the UK’s most celebrated culinary talents, uniting Ricki’s refined, modern British approach at the one Michelin-starred The Dining Room with Rafael’s bold, expressive and globally inspired cuisine from his two Michelin-starred Da Terra.
Guests will be treated to a meticulously curated six course menu, celebrating exceptional seasonal ingredients, served within the intimate setting of The Dining Room.
A true celebration of craftsmanship, creativity and purpose, this promises to be an unforgettable gastronomic experience, with proceeds supporting the important work of the Prept. Foundation.

Evening begins at 6.30pm for a 7pm sit down in The Dining Room.

RAFAEL CAGALI
Rafael Cagali, originally from São Paulo with Italian heritage, began his culinary journey in London at just 21 before refining his craft in Italy under Stefano Baiocco at A Villa Feltrinelli. His career then took him to Spain, working with renowned chefs Quique Dacosta and MartÃn Berasategui, before returning to the UK to join Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck and later opening Fera at Claridge’s.
Continuing his collaboration with Simon Rogan as Head Chef of Aulis, Rafael went on to open Da Terra in 2019. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star within eight months, followed by a second in 2021. At Da Terra, Rafael’s cooking reflects a seamless connection between ingredients, nature and people, shaped by his international experience and deeply rooted in his Brazilian and Italian heritage.

The Prept Foundation is a UK-based charity dedicated to inspiring young people through food, delivering hands-on cooking experiences that build confidence, life skills and a deeper understanding of where food comes from. Working across schools and communities, it connects children with chefs, producers and real kitchen environments, encouraging healthier relationships with food while opening pathways into the hospitality industry. At its core, Prept aims to shape positive food cultures, empowering the next generation with practical skills, creativity and opportunities for the future.
