A 60 minute gym induction with personalised fitness plan and 60 minute personal training session. Follow up training sessions and one-to-one coaching available.

4 complimentary guest passes. £60 (£30 saving) for any additional guest passes. Guest visits must be booked in advance and are at the discretion of the spa. The minimum age we welcome guests to use the gym and spa facilities is 16.

15% discount on all treatments Monday to Friday and 10% discount on retail products.
