Social Sunday for Hospitality Action 2019
Social Sunday is an initiative instigated by chef Jason Atherton who is Principal Patron of Hospitality Action, the hospitality industries charity.
The original concept was Jason opening his restaurants on a given Sunday and donating all of the profits from the day’s service to the charity. Over the years the event has grown and now a host of chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers and foodservice operators create special events to raise valuable funds for the charity.
Last year Whatley Manor held a spectacular evening event when Niall Keating reached out to his chef-mentor, Sat Bains and invited him to join him at Whatley to create a special two-handed menu.
The night was a huge success in every way, funds were raised for Hospitality Action, our guests had an incredible evening and for the team it was a really special event to be part of. This set the bar very high for a follow up event this year.
Once again Niall has called upon some of his contacts and the result is an evening where we will have 4 chefs with no less than 8 Michelin stars working together to deliver one spectacular evening.

To accommodate the Chefs diaries our event will take place on Monday 15thJuly. It is going to be a really exceptional evening for the guests attending and again for our team who will experience working with some of the finest chefs in the world.
