At Whatley Manor, we pride ourselves on creating small, intimate weddings that are perfectly delivered.
Our Cotswold manor is ideally suited for more personal celebrations, offering a selection of inviting rooms where you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special day.
The ambiance is effortlessly elegant, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—cherishing each moment  in a setting that feels both comfortable and refined.
Whether you’re planning a quiet gathering or a more elaborate affair, our team will ensures that every detail is thoughtfully handled, so you can experience a wedding day that is totally perfect.
The intimate wedding package is available Monday – Friday for up to 30 guests seated the Garden Room for the Wedding Breakfast.
The Intimate Wedding Package includes:
- Your wedding ceremony, to take place in one of our two beautiful licensed outdoor spaces or private Garden Room
- Fountain Terrace or Reception Hall for pre dining drinks and canapes
- The Garden Room  for the wedding breakfast
- A luxurious suite on the night before or the evening of your wedding
- White table linen and banqueting chairs
- White personalised headed menus and individual handwritten place cards
- Seasonal posy pots on the dining table and a seasonal floral arrangement for the registrars table
- Beautiful English country gardens and grounds for your wedding photography
- Wedding co-ordination to guide, organise and assist throughout the planning and on your wedding day
Please note that we do not offer evening receptions, DJ’s or live music for our intimate weddings.

Wedding fee  £3,850.00
Minimum food and beverage spend £2,150.00
Our 2025 menus start from £80.00 pp to include canapés, four courses and coffee. Â
A tasting of your selected wedding menu, with wines, is available at an additional charge.
For weddings between 30 and 60 guests please contact our wedding team directly.Â
For weddings over 60 guests we are delighted to offer Whatley Manor for your exclusive use.Â
